Restore your subscription

Sign in to the Apple Account used for your original purchase, open Peyla, and choose Restore Purchases on the subscription screen or in Profile & settings. Restoration recovers an eligible active subscription; it does not restart an expired one.

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel Peyla Plus through your Apple Account:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.
  2. Choose Subscriptions, then select Peyla.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow Apple’s confirmation steps.

If Apple shows an expiry date without a cancel option, the subscription has already been canceled. Removing Peyla from your phone or deleting your data does not cancel your subscription.

Back up, restore or delete data

Open Profile & settings → Backup & restore to create a manual cloud snapshot, recover one, delete a backup or delete your cloud account. Use the same Apple Account you used for the backup.

Restore replaces local records. Delete local activity removes journals, check-ins, habits, saved tools and progress while keeping your profile, preferences, subscription and cloud backup. Export data lets you keep a readable copy.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, email [email protected] with “Privacy” in the subject. Read our Privacy Policy for the information we handle and your choices.
